Processor 1 in Atlanta, GA
3 Month Contract
$15/ hour
Provide support and moderate technical direction in activities associated within the Operations department; which may include processing New Accounts and Transfers or Cashiering and Margin requests for Transition Advisors clearing through National Financial and Pershing LLC. You will be required to establish a rapport with the top financial professionals in the financial industry within the Advisor group family.

  • Assist the Transition Director with the follow-up to completion on all direct (non-brokerage) account change of broker-dealers.
  • Verify the completion of these requests by using FEI, DST, OneView, Client Central, phone calls to Sponsor Companies or other applications as applicable
  • Must become proficient with the following systems: DST, OneView, FEI (contact management and imaging workflow systems), VISION2020, Advisor Portal, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed Service Level Agreements
  • Keep up with industry changes, business processes, and firm policies.
  • Be able to work independently and maintain high levels of quality achieving an accuracy of at least 95%.
  • Other similar projects or duties as assigned

• Must be flexible, organized, and able to adjust priorities often.
• Knowledge some securities and retirement plan industries is preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Ability to speak effectively in front of others
College Degree preferred; Some experience in Brokerage Operations is preferred.
No FINRA license is required, but is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication is a critical component of this job.
Ability to write business letters, memos, and e-mail correspondence, ability to interpret spreadsheets for producing monthly activity, ability to verbally communicate ideas and information via phone, and with an individual as well as in group meetings, and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Must have the ability to resolve moderate to difficult problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables and details in situations where only limited standardization exist.
Must demonstrate a strong focus on customer service, flexibility and attention to detail, good organizational skills, prioritization, and the ability to work with different personality types.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Work Hours Monday to Friday 8:30a-5:30p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch
