Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Assess all incoming orders for adherence to lead time and volume constraints. Feedback and negotiate any orders that do not meet guidelines.
2) Process orders timely and accurately. Set RTD timing to allow smooth packing process and optimize warehouse operation
3) Create and process updated order documentation when set lots are shipped short.
4) Develop detailed understanding of assigned destinations, supply chain, lead times, problem parts, production issues. IDPS expert for those destinations. Confirm products and order timing for new launches with destinations, complete system setup of model master to facilitate order processing of new models.
5) Manipulate and input data to provide accurate forecast to ordering system. Evaluate forecast fluctuations and trends for potential concerns.
6) Work with Purchasing for supplier supply concerns and coordinate recovery schedules directly with destination to support their production schedule. Complete troubleshooting when supply issues arise - identify destination orders that exceed allocation, investigate forecast concerns and resolution.

Daily Tasks:
1) Exceptional and Set Order Processing
2) Input and processing of cut requests.
3) Create and process known shorts for set lots shipped short parts
4) Input forecasts to GPCS
5) Order window and point of communications for destination customers
6) Model Buildout coordination

Required Skills:
1) Working knowledge of production control systems, ordering and shipping systems
2) Ability to create, interpret, and manage spreadsheets to facilitate outbound schedules
3) Understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
4) Project management including correlation with future production requirements and changes.
5) Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize demands, and think on one's feet in order to produce deliverables to meet product demands.
6) Problem solving and decision making (PDCA, CAPDO).
7) Creativity in dealing with day-to-day issues, and the ability to effectively communicate decisions with affected parties and Management.

Desired Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Problem solving and decision making for basic issues. Strong communication skills. Multi-tasking capability. Work well in team environment.

Position Factors (i.e. - multi-plant assignment, work environment)
1) Fast-paced, open office environment, high pressure, multi-tasking with flexible hours and work from home required
2) NA—IOO NAKD, EOX, GPCS or other production control system knowledge and proficiency
4) Basic understanding of supply chain management.
5) Clean sheet approach to planning and analysis.
6) Project management and warehouse experience.
7) Ability to travel to domestic or international destinations as required by the demands of the job ( 1 - 5 days (domestic), 2 - 14 days (international).
