A Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift job in Holland, MI is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. In this position you will direct and coordinate the activities of team members - such as Technical Operators and Sr. Technical Operators; enforce safety and other applicable rules and regulations; read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules to evaluate current production estimates and outputs, plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences and more. Prior Supervision experience is required. 2nd shift position.

Production Supervisor job responsibilities include:
• Direct and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in the production or processing of materials
• Enforce safety and other applicable rules and regulations
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• 3 – 5+ years’ experience in complex mechanical assembly, tooling & manufacturing assembly equipment preferred
• Excellent leadership skills
• Working experience with PPAP requirements
