Program Coordinator/Assistant job responsibilities include:
- Oversee the ECO approval process, getting release approvals, e-mail notifications, and expediting process when necessary to meet release timelines and goals.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of system user logs, associated tracking, and sending e-mail reminders.
- Coordinate and provide assistance as required to process patches to post on portals for customer’s/supply chain.
- Manage multiple projects as required
- Candidate must be comfortable presenting and speaking to a large audience via Skype.

Qualifications:
- Excellent Data entry skills and “Attention” to detail is a necessary skill for this position.
- Computer skills required with proficiency in Excel, Word and use of Outlook tools.
- Familiarity with BOMs (Bills of Materials).
- Candidate must exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a variety of different people and personality types
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ECOs or other R&D, Manufacturing design change processes and software tools DESIRED

- Sharepoint knowledge- DESIRED
- Linux experience DESIRED
