Our client located in Santa Monica is seeking a qualified and driven candidate to join their program management team to support the business system program managers in their day to day activities. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams (IT engineering, vendors, content partners, operations, marketing, legal, finance) to document business process flows, requirements and track project tasks among team members.  
 
The right person for this role will be agile, willing to juggle a handful of project tasks and facilitate meetings to extract action items and open issues.  We seek for a candidate that is well organized, detailed oriented and flexible to new situations and challenges.  While this role is dedicated to support our program managers, this person should have the ability to work autonomously and proactively.  
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document process flows, business and functional requirements.  
• Assist with the creation of project plans for end-to-end delivery with appropriate documentation.
• Facilitate meetings including output of actions and open issues.
• Tracking and following-up on project tasks among team members.
• Assist to update project status summaries for weekly/monthly communications to senior stakeholders.
• Manage team wiki pages to monitor project health, track requirements and review team PTO schedule.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
 
WHAT TO BRING
 
• Bachelor’s degree.  
• 2-3 years of responsible project related experience.
• Working knowledge of modern program management, analysis, and reporting tools such as Wrike, Trello, Jira/Confluence, and MS Office.
• Ability to interact and build consensus with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Superior English communication skills, written and verbal, across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
NICE-TO-HAVES
 
• Formal training in project management; certification a plus
• Formal training in Agile/scrum; certification a plus
