Title: Program Manager I
Duration 3 months + possible extension
Location: San Jose , CA
Interview will be either in-person or WebEx.
Preferred experience working at Cisco
 
Responsibilities:
• Creating BRD for the automation requirement
• Working with IT team to create FSD document
• Ensure design address all business requirements
• Create BAT test cases and execute
• Work with IT for QA test cases and verify deliverable
• Analysis of existing licensing methodology for divestitures
• Support Licensing tools and process for divestitures
• Data Migration : Install Base data integrity and strategy for migration into relevant licensing tools - Dates and attribute mapping.
• Preparation of content for GLO and other relevant Licensing support groups
• Change Management - Customer training documents, videos if required.
• Post go-live support- WAR Room calls, Customer escalation.
• Training and documentation for Transition to Run the business
• Status updates as required
 
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
• 1. Drive licensing requirements / Develop BRD,
• 2. Consult on best practice for software licensing
• 3. Manage program with IT to test/implement licensing solution for acquisitions
• 4. Design Approach for data migration of AI
• 5. Experience in working on AI and divestitures
