Duration: 6 months possible extensions
Lead and complete a large-scale, multi-organizational, supply chain enablement project. Communicate with internal customers/stakeholders, cross-functional leads, and subject matter experts to determine development and production operational supply chain requirements. Drive the expansion and/or development of business processes or solutions that meet new supply chain operational requirements. Facilitate to manage – everything from deep dive engagements to strategic planning sessions – comprehensive solution developments while maintaining cross-organizational alignments. Communicate with various levels of stakeholders, specific to overall, program progress and challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
10+ Years experience in program/project management with…
• Expertise in program management across multiple disciplines and organization.
• Expertise in process management – new process developments and optimizations.
• Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and results measurements.
• Expertize in operations management – operationalizing new business processes and continuous improvements e.g. tracking metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder (management to executive level) communications and expectations management.
Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements:
• Past Cisco experience – knowledge of internal tools and processes.
• Agile Management Experience.
• Experience using online PM tools e.g. SmartSheet, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of hardware supply chain structures/models.
