A Project Coordinator job in Warsaw, IN is available through Modis. Our client, who is a market leader in the Medical Device space, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who will be to provide analytical support for Human Resources projects. This is a 6 month contract opportunity requiring an immediate start.

Project Coordinator job responsibilities include:

Provide analytical support to the Human Resources Department to gather and analyse data and report it to a variety of executive stakerholders
Using various tools for data capture, analysis and tracking data
Compiling data and analysis into reports, forms, e-mail messages, trackers, documents and various correspondences
Provides data entry to support management ensuring accurate tracking of project deliverables
Provides status reports to project managers and other key personnel as requested,
Tracks project deliverables and forecasted dates while monitoring deadlinesProvides regular and timely reports highlighting variances in the data for project management review

Qualifications/Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business field (Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources) is required, 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

2+ years of experience in leading projects or coordination

Evidence of strong analytical, verbal and written communications required.
Accuracy, attention to detail and timely follow through are critical.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - especially MS Project and Excel
Proven ability to work under pressure and successfully handle multiple priorities while promoting a friendly and engaging work environment.
