A Project Coordinator job in Marietta, GA is available through Modis. The Store Systems Conversion Coordinator will schedule and coordinate all activities associated with the nationwide rollout of a retail management and back-office system. This role will report to the Conversion Coordinator lead. The Conversion Coordinator will schedule and coordinate all activities associated with the replacement of a retail management and back-office system.

Project Coordinator Job responsibilities include:
• Acts as the single go-to person for all activities happening in regard to the project, including coordinating all activities with members of implementation teams.
• Assists with the organization and review of deliverables related to their respective projects as required.
• Coordinates follow-up and next steps for team related to the activities of the implementation phase.
• Understands the various organizations involved in the project and their interests.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with project team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Tracks and completes project tasks, follows up on open items, and tracks issues.
• Ensures that tasks and outputs are timely, of the highest quality, and are tailored to the unique needs of the project's stakeholders.
• Responds proactively to requests for information.

• 2-year college degree or significant relevant experience preferred
• Project Management experience required
• Understanding of store operations preferred
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Well organized and capable of multi-tasking (will have customers in various states)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to explain implementation plan with customers
• Ability to solve problems reported by trainers and installers

Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Schedule training and store conversion activities across multiple stores
• Facilitate store qualification process
• Create store conversion plan
• Review the pre-qualification report & store conversion plan with the store manager
• Manage conversion tasks
• Review conversion metrics with converted stores
