The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth. You will support all facets of Corporate Development, focusing on managing the integrations of
acquired companies.
As a Corporate Development Project Manager, a typical day might include:

  • Supporting the integration of companies thru all workstreams
  • Managing all integration project plans and advising management on integration status
  • Troubleshooting migration issues that arise
  • Working with both management teams to ensure acquisition success factors are met
  • Provide general M&A process and transaction support pre-acquisition
  • Create ROI analysis, prepare presentations, reports and analysis to business partners /

       senior management
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3 years of experience in Project Management in a business


  • experience with Corporate Development or strategy development
  • Solid communication & presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and modeling experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
