Job Description:

The Software Engineering Project Lead supports the planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, analytical and other tactical aspects of projects.
Manages medium-sized projects or sub-projects with more autonomy, as assigned.
As a Project Lead, he/she works closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure detailed planning of activities, comprehensive documentation of critical project information, and sound decision making through thorough analysis of information.
Co-lead Agile software development.


Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
3+ years related work experience required.
Understanding of software development work, practices and culture, with experience delivering products in end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
Practical knowledge and application of Agile software development principles.
Understanding of and experience in stage-gate or similar innovation management process.
Experience in medical device and/or regulated industry is preferred.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to use Microsoft Visual Studio – Team Foundation Server desired.
