With the Strategic Priorities, Planning and Operations Team within the Global TAC + TSPM organization, you will create and implement effective change management plans that allow us to effectively move toward our client's vision of making Technical Services a compelling reason to repeatedly choose this client.
Role & Responsibilities :
• Assist in the development of a change strategy to support transformational program success including key success metrics
• Work with Project Leads to ensure the effective engagement of key stakeholders from every part of the world; act as lead in assigned initiatives
• Assist with and conduct organizational change impact analysis
• Develop project specific stakeholder analysis and impacts, communication strategy and tactics plan, training strategy and rollout plan, development of project communications and training materials as assigned by the project leads
• Interview subject matter experts to understand highly complex operations, processes, and tools
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate opportunities with project leads
• Create “As is” and “To be” process maps as needed
• Create and maintain professional presentations using PowerPoint
• Complete assignments in a timely fashion per deadlines agreed upon with project leads
• Assist project leads in the facilitation of meetings with stakeholders to gather information necessary to complete assignments
Required skills and experience:
• At least 7 years of change management experience and 3 years of project management experience
• Familiarity with Change Management Methodologies (ADKAR, Next Generation Change Leadership, Kotter, etc.)
• Experience and knowledge of business process management and change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to formulate Change Strategies aligned to overall program objectives
• Strong negotiation and consensus building ability
• Experience with Training Development (eLearning, Workshops)
• Proven track record showing successful completion of large-scale projects with excellent references.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to take complex, technical information and make it easy to follow for executive and technical audiences.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to create easy to follow documents and diagrams for a diverse and geographically dispersed audience, being accurate and precise at every step.
• Must be able to thrive in a team environment and in a large organization with thousands of stakeholders located around the world.
• Must actively seek feedback from stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet requirements, and feel comfortable making as many changes as needed to meet requirements.
• Must be able to understand and explain highly complex information, and think about a procedure or product in the way that a stakeholder would think about it.
• Must be familiar with high-tech products, experience working with Cisco is a plus.
• Strong project management skills specific to the planning and implementation of change management deliverables
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships & collaborate effectively
• Superior written and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
• Prosci Change management Certification and/or PMP Certification desired
