QA Test Analyst Lead Job in Minneapolis, MN
 
Fortune 200 financial institution seeking a qualified candidate for a QA Test Analyst Lead Job in Minneapolis, MN. Candidate will assist in a migration of current CRM Siebel, to Microsoft Dynamics(MSD). The project will entail data migration, service layer updates, and work flow testing in MSD. A key aspect will be leading a team of onshore and offshore testing resources. The team will consist of automation engineers, data validation testers, manual and automation execution specialists. The migration will be done using Scrum Agile as the SDLC, with intention of utilizing DevOps and continuous integration.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, should have knowledge of full system life cycles. Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required. Automated or manual testing experience in the web and client server environments are required. Has experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology and use cases. Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also required. Develop test plans and lead the team that implements test plans; select test automation tools; develop quality assurance standards; and define and track quality assurance metrics. Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
