Position Scope:


Monitor and audit the quality Management System that Operations must perform in accordance to the standards for achieving quality and delivery goals to the customer contract.


Essential Job Functions:

» Assist as a quality assurance resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.

Support concurrent efforts by assisting in design development projects representing quality assurance.


Assist in developing, applying and maintaining quality requirements and standards.
Promote and execute quality standards, quality plans, documents and reports.

« Assist in developing, executing, and analyzing quality-reporting measures.

Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
Maintain documented procedures for planning and implementation of the quality internal audits.
Accomplish activities of planning, coordination, communication and connecting among the different operational and administrative areas, to assure continuous improvement through the implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
Assist in the design, coordination, review and documentation of internal and external quality audits to evaluate the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
Create and maintain corporate QMS/EMS schedule and audit schedule.
Maintain and update corporate QMS/EMS procedures.
Maintain corporate quality score card and databases.
Maintain training matrices for Corporate QMS/ EMS Auditors.
Create and maintain corporate QMS/ EMS Master Controlled Document List.



Facilitate implementation of the QMS/EMS within all divisions.
Act as Quality Resource / Auditor when needed.

Attend quality/ other meetings when required.




Periodic Job Functions:

« Projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements (education, experience, skills, licenses and/or certifications)
• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

2 — 3 years working with quality systems.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements desired

ISO / QMS auditing experience desired
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong computer skills including but not limited to all Microsoft Office programs.
Excel and Power Point at an intermediate level desired

Strong presentation skills
