Job Description:

  • Implement and manage calibration process to ensure compliance.
  • Operate advanced measurement device/equipment.
  • Interpret implied standards to distinguish nonconformance.
  • Performs process audit and propose root causes and actions.
  • Compiles data and summarize findings.
  • Ensures product and / or product components comply with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Tests and inspects products against functional, dimensional, and appearance criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.
  • Advanced GD&T, schematics reading, interpret complex & implied standards, use of advanced measurement tools, calibrate device/equipment’s, compile datasheet.  
  • Proficient in computer application.
  • High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience as quality inspectors.
