A Sourcing Recruiter position job in Edison, NJ is currently available courtesy of Modis Engineering. To be considered for this position you should have at least an Associate’s Degree with and be comfortable communicating on the phone. You will be working directly with the Engineering and Technology Division of Modis to learn the recruiting industry and source for qualified candidates.

Sourcing Recruiter job responsibilities include:

Work with business- facing Recruiters and internal hiring managers to understand position requirements and build our strategic sourcing plans
Independently develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job families
Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and client.
Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to the Recruiter for further consideration.
Stay well-informed of best practices and share improvement recommendations with global colleagues


Experience in the staffing/HR industry is a plus.
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating via email
Will be utilizing job boards including Ziprecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn RPS
