Position Description:
Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions.
Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs.
Conducts reference checks. May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.
Experience Level:
3-6 Years. Skill Set: Full life-cycle recruitment experience.
Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.
Additional Job Details
BA/BS degree required. Minimum of 5 years of recent relevant recruiting experience required. Strong staffing industry experience is a plus.
No job hoppers. Top Daily Responsibilities: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, manager interaction, recruitment plans, offers ( full life cycle recruiting).
Desired Skills: 1. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Exhibited success in Talent Acquisition.
2. Staffing industry experience Soft Skills:Communication, technically astute, Taleo experience or some RSS based knowledge
