Recruitment Coordinator job in Honolulu, HI
 
• 2 years of admin experience required
• Some travel required
 
Participates in all aspects of the recruitment process. Conducts employment related research. Assists with sourcing of qualified candidates. Supports recruitment team by assisting with customized candidate screening, testing, evaluation, referral and tracking, and job postings. Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Maintains familiarity with all recruiting needs within Region. Serves as point of contact in absence of recruiter to provide consultative service to hiring authorities. Collaborates with other HR departments to assure inter-departmental processes and procedures are prompt, accurate and complimentary. Coordinates the on-boarding of new hires and employee transfers.
 
Front desk position - must be familiar with computer programs. Will be calling applicants to set them up for interviews, entering information into the computer and writing offer letters. Will also cover the phones for breaks and lunch.
 
Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding of new hires
2. Background checks/Drug testing
3. Review licensures
4. Communicating with hiring manager, recruiters and applicants
5. Maintaining department compliance
Skills a Top Candidate Should Have:
1. Microsoft office exp (i.e excel, access, Word, Outlook)
2. Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Time Management skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
HR Experience
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Recruitment experience a plus
