The successful candidate will own, manage, and track critical aspects of the Product Review framework. You will be working primarily with product managers, as well as with subject matter experts in financial risk, compliance, information security, legal, privacy, and operations.
 
The Associate Product Review Manager will :
• Own the global Office Hours checkpoint of the Product Review framework:
o Run Office Hours meetings for new product initiatives
o Work with product managers to develop high quality materials to support Office Hours
o Assess stakeholder feedback for relevance, accuracy and clarity
• Train stakeholders on how to participate in the Product Review framework
• Manage the flow of initiatives through the product review process and coordinate individual reviews with the Product Review Managers
• Manage regular reporting for Product Review:
o Track and monitor all initiatives
o Produce weekly dashboard and pipeline reports
o Develop and produce monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Run the weekly Product Review team meeting
• Be the first point of contact for product managers with new initiatives
• Work with the Director, Product Review to maintain, update and continuously improve tools, frameworks, documentation and processes
 
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel, VBA and SQL
• Experience with cloud-based document management and version control
• Experience using workflow systems (i.e. case management systems)
• Great team player. Work across the company to drive to decisions, build consensus and bridge gaps. Builds rapport, credibility and relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree or other qualification
• Proficiency with DBA
• Experience with policy/control functions such as risk, compliance, legal in a global organization
• Background in strategy, consulting or project management
