FORTUNE 500 FINANCIAL FIRM LOOKING FOR A REPORTING ANALYST
 
Requires experience working with a Corporate Enterprise-level Financial Institution with Technical Expertise. Experience in Information Security, as well as a strong project management background.Great written and verbal communication, good experience developing leadership presentations, background in data analysis to understand IT asset inventory data, good business acumen and professional demeanor.
 
FUNCTIONS:
Drive to meet deliverables aligned to improve opportunities from the Risk and Maturity Assessments including:


  • Manage detailed plan to execute deliverables
  • Partner with technology and security teams to drive execution to plan
  • Provide weekly and monthly status on progress

Manage reporting needs including:

  • Support data gathering and information security reporting for the monthly Bank Information Security and Privacy Subcommittee (ISPS) and quarterly Bank Operational Risk and Oversight Committee (BOROC)
  • Provide information security content for the monthly leadership updates, Risk Committee and Board level presentations
  • Work with metrics team to ensure information security business reporting needs are understood and data for each business unit in scope are ready for reporting

Assist in facilitating weekly meetings with key business leaders as the BISO program team meets to discuss progress

  • Meeting notes and actions
