You will need to have experience in mechanical equipment field service, mechanical maintenance program, automated machinery build shop or robotics programming.


Responsibilities for the Robotic Specialist job:

-Create weld/paint paths in Roboguide/Motosim
-Create Gannt chart report on cycle time
-Report on reach/interference issues
-Confirm interlocks in Roboguide/Motosim programs. Create/Perform DCS/FSU Checks
-Investigate drawings and models of car parts for programming
-Program robots in Roboguide/Motosim for weld/paint path
-Confirm clearance to tooling and other robots
-Load programs to robots in Roboguide/Motosim and setup virtual PLC
-Run program to create Gannt chart and report on cycle time

Required Skills:
-Fanuc Roboguide/Motoman Motosim usage
-Familiar with DCS/FSU & Risk Assessment
-Microsoft Office Use (Excel/Powerpoint)
-Ability to make and follow plans/skills
