Location: Glendale, CA
Modis Burbank is looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a great client in Glendale.  The ideal candidate is customer focused, organized, motivated, and goal oriented; has strong leadership, analytical, conflict management, and problem solving skills; and comes with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define and optimize processes and help drive process improvements to meet business operation needs in Salesforce
• Designs and implements updates to the solutions using best practices through standard configuration
• Develop clear end-user and stakeholder business requirements and specifications when custom development is required
• Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements using industry best practices within Salesforce
• Creates and document application requirements by working with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes
• Leads, documents, and drives weekly project resource meetings
• Influences change and drives user adoption in support of an expanding Salesforce environment
• Oversees and implements integrations of Salesforce with other IT systems
• Ensures data integrity throughout Salesforce as well as between Salesforce and internal systems
• Keeps track of data feeds to and from Salesforce and ensures their accuracy
• Responsible for communication and training around new Salesforce processes and custom integrations/objects
• Participates in best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
• Planning and analysis of users to design and manage complex workflow rules and data validation
• Logs and tracks identified system problems through resolution
• Document and maintain processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
• Provide recommendations for process improvement
• Keeps up-to-date on new Salesforce products, features and functionality through certifications, SFDC training modules, and industry user groups
• Trains new and existing users on how to use database applications
• BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus
• Knowledge of SQL databases and integrations with Salesforce
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically relating to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable interacting with all levels in the organization.
