What You’ll Do
• Function as a member of an agile team that drives user story analysis and elaboration, designs, and development of Salesforce.com applications, and tests and builds automation tools.
• Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education.
• Contribute to blueprints and assisting with annual planning of feature sets that affect multiple platforms, developing a deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains.
• Collaborate with business leaders in authoring strategy to ensure adoption of existing business processes and finding ways to improve efficiency, productivity and drive new initiatives forward.
• Assist with functional requirements, gap analysis and documentation.
• Provide configuration expertise for validation and testing.
• Evaluate and enforce companywide Governance across multiple Salesforce Orgs.
 
What To Bring
• 5+ years of experience with architecture designing, programming, and configuring the SFDC platform and deep functional understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. APEX language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, Objects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force pages.
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with enterprise-level applications though all available integration channels as well as Salesforce-to-Salesforce integration.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects.
• Proactive in identifying new opportunities, solving problems, and prioritizing efforts.
• Obsessively focused on improving everything you touch.

• Salesforce Certified Architecture certification.
Nice-to-haves:
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
• 2+ years in dedicated Agile or Scrum environments, certification is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com Mobile applications, e.g. Salesforce Touch or Salesforce 1
• Experience developing AppExchange commercial applications
• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline
