The Salesforce reporting job will be responsible for partnering with our user communities to gain in depth knowledge of the business and existing processes. In doing so, they will be expected to leverage that knowledge to build new and improved solutions that meet the ever-changing strategic needs of the firm.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 


  • Collaborates with Global CRM team in the maintenance and administration of Salesforce including setup, configuration, data cleansing, documentation and maintenance of Salesforce objects.
  • Partners with internal users to learn their business, processes, challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for rapidly growing pool of users, through Skype, by phone, on-site and in remote locations.
  • Log and track identified problems through to resolution.
  • Ensures data integrity throughout Salesforce. Regularly perform database maintenance including deduping and cleanup exercises. Audit and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Leads projects, executes project task responsibilities and coordinates implementation activities.
  • Documents business requirements, scopes out changes to workflows and processes, and implements changes as directed.


  • Create, customize and maintain analytical reports and dashboards as required by management and the distribution team.
  • Regularly researches the Salesforce community and the AppExchange for solutions that solve business problems and improvement to overall functionality.
  • Works with Salesforce Premier Support to solve issues.
  • Reviews Salesforce releases and identify enhancements for improved usage. Support and facilitate testing of new enhancements. Communicates new functionality.

 
 
Education and Experience:
 
• 2-3 years of Salesforce Analyst/Admin support experience
• Experience leading small to medium size projects; familiarity with Agile methodology
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
