A SAP Basis Administrator in Wichita, KS, or remote is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. If you are considering this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 5 years of SAP Basis. You will participate in a SAP Basis functions to perform SAP Upgrade.

SAP Basis Consultant job responsibilities include:
- SAP Basis functions to perform SAP Upgrade ECC 5 to ECC 6 including change from Oracle DB to Hana DB
- EHP7 upgrade
- Expected to perform analysis of the client’s SAP environment in preparation for an upgrade.
- Assist with development of a detailed project schedule
- Assign work to other Basis resources.
- Liaise with other technical teams such as infrastructure / network teams.
- Lead the overall effort from a technical perspective.

- Travel required 50%
- Work from Home or client site
- Upgrade experience for SAP BW, PI, Portal, CRM, Web Dispatcher and Max DB is expected.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of SAP Basis, with at least 3 projects focused on upgrading SAP (irrespective of versions).
