• 8-15 years of information security architecture and planning experience
• Understanding of relevant security and privacy regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and NIST-800
• Perform analysis to identity the current risk based business drivers and desired to-be state for what the enterprise security governance program will deliver
• Document the as-is state based upon the identified risk based business driver components
• Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be state to develop a prioritized, strategic implementation for establishing a security governance program
• Develop a program charter to outline the purpose and scope of the Enterprise Security Governance Program
• Document the governance and delegation model for security oversight within the Enterprise Governance Framework
• Enhance security policies to aid in future policy and procedures updates (proactive and reactive) necessary to ensure compliance and satisfaction of risk based business drivers
• Establish a mechanism to measure performance and maturity of the Enterprise Security Governance Program on an ongoing basis
• Perform necessary outreach and education to increase awareness, ensure adoption, and improve overall usability of security governance program
