Modis is seeking a Senior Evaluator for a full-time contract-to-hire position with a Fortune 200 bank in downtown Cincinnati. Company is the 7th largest bank in the US and provides banking, investment, mortgage, and trust products to individuals, businesses, and government. Position is in a financial environment and duties include analyzing a variety of consumer documents to determine foreclosure eligibility and loss mitigation.
Title: Senior Evaluator
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hours per week)
Location: 205 West 4th Street, Cincinnati Ohio 45202
3-month contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour USD
- Analyze a variety of documents including bank statements, pay check stubs, and tax forms
- Submit additional requests for additional document if needed
- Communicate and partner with internal departments
- Ensure all documentation is received
- Communicate with customers or end users to request additional documentation
- Utilize documentation to determine customer eligibility for bankruptcy and liens
- Assist with loss mitigation processes by utilizing document information
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience with mortgage documents preferred
- Some banking experience preferred
