Senior Instructional Designer Job in Oakland, CA.  – OneLink Business Reporting
 
Under the direction of the Training Manager, responsible for developing training curriculum, courseware and tools for instructor-led, workshop, and web-based training for Kaiser Leaders, Management Teams, and staff to successfully utilize the new OneLink (PeopleSoft) Lease Administration modules and functionality extensions.  This may include understanding the tool used for business intelligence analytics and reporting.  Training development assignments may include applications or processes not specific to Lease Administration.
 
Minimum Requirements:


  • Must be able to articulate knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain functionality and processes as it relates to the start-to-finish processes for Lease Administration, Real Estate Administration, Interface to Edge Applications for Asset Track Scanning and other lease or real estate related processes.
  • Must be able to apply project management methodology to instructional design process
  • Develops training materials, including train-the-trainer materials, reference guides, reference cards and job aids.
  • Associated degree required. Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience preferred. Masters even better.
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing the development of learning projects or equivalent experience required including instructional design, course development, database build and management, project management, and in using computer based tools in the development and delivery of learning and knowledge management projects preferred.
  • 10+ years designing training programs for and understanding Finance, Supply Chain and Reporting/Analytics applications
  • Strong knowledge of General Accounting Principles and Processes is required
  • Project management skills required
  • Theory, teaching experience, and demonstrated competence in presenting training courses, is a must.
  • Expert UPK knowledge required
  • Travel may be required approximately 40% of the time.
