A Senior New Business Operational Analyst Consultant job in Armonk, NY is available through Modis. You will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness with the identification, documentation and approval of business requirements; user-acceptance test plans, testing, sign-off and post production testing as necessary. You will also support the assessment and implementation of innovative technology solutions that will become our future state operating model. This will require the selection, assessment and due diligence of vendors.
Business Operational Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Support the selection and cost benefit analysis of new technology solutions
Support the assessment of vendors to deliver the technology solutions

Derive business requirements and processes working closely with other functions such as IT, data analytics, product, marketing, underwriting, administration, etc.

Accomplish project objectives by planning, evaluating project activities, and close collaboration with all team members


Bachelor’s Degree or ten years of relevant work experience
Minimum six to ten years of experience in new business operations
Experience working with other areas such as IT, product, underwriting, marketing and distribution to define, interpret and implement requirements
Ability to deal positively with ambiguity in a fast moving start up business environment

Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Visio
