Job Location: Metro Area, 25%+ travel to Nashville
Candidate will represent the IT department through effective project leadership in a clear, convincing, and organized manner.  Candidate must approach each situation with a good perception of organizational and political realities; be able to recognize the impact of alternative courses of action; build networks and develop alliances with external groups, as necessary.
Candidate must have a strong ability to facilitate meetings, provide follow up in the form of detailed meeting notes, maintain strong project documentation, represent projects completely in status meetings, steering committees and other opportunities.  Must be mature in using overall project management discipline.  
Primary responsibilities of position will include, but are not limited to: developing project work breakdown structures and associated schedules, producing all required documents according to a standard SDLC, facilitating and holding project meetings with all levels of the organization, putting projects through required phase gates, interacting with business partners in a calm, rational, professional manner, proactive communication of risks, issues and dependencies, assisting with PMO process improvement as able.
Job Skills Needed:
1. Project Leadership:  Leads assigned IT project(s) and complies with Wright Medical SDLC and project management lifecycle processes to manage, execute and report on assigned projects.  Drives completion of all required project deliverables and maintains audit trail and project documentation.  Facilitates and provides clear follow up to executive steering committee and other management status meetings.  Exhibits high level of emotional intelligence in the ability to evaluate situations and anticipate and recommend workable solutions.  Takes ownership and accountability of all project-related items, and communicates clearly, consistently and to all stakeholders.   
2. Project Schedule, Resource and Budget Management: Creates and maintains baseline, forecast, and actual Microsoft project plans/schedules and tracks, manages and reports on performance to target.
Creates and maintains project resource and budget information per PMO process and tracks, manages and reports on performance to target. Identifies and manages critical path activities to create and maintain project schedule and performs proactive risk assessments to identify and manage potential risks.
3.  Project Reporting: Provides weekly project status updates in prescribed format to include risks, issues, impacts and mitigation plans. Coordinates planning, scheduling, and execution of core team and working team meetings to ensure proper project tracking and timely resolution to action items and issues.  Produces clear and concise verbal project reporting in all environments.
4.  Diverse Team Player: Ability to influence and work with project teams and contribute to their targeted project outcome.  Highly respected and trusted by IT teams with decisions.  Takes a consistent proactive lead analyst role with projects assigned.  Builds long-term relationships with business partners, and IT staff to ensure projects are successful.
5. Management and Communication Skills: Provides work direction to business analysts and works with business partners to drive and achieved desired outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent work experience
•Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•PMP preferred
•Health Care Experience a plus
•JDE Experience a plus
•At min has some oracle knowledge or ERP Knowledge
