THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY ($21 an hour depending on experience)
 
You can expect the first 2 weeks to not be a full 40 hours, but after that 40 hours and OT is almost guaranteed.  Some consultants are pulling almost 55 hours a week.  Dress code is business casual, and parking is off site.  
 


  • Must have 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience, with 2 years preferred
  • Must have 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or related fields (banking, accounting, etc.…)
  • Should have experience handling 80-100 calls a day
  • Clinical or medical background is highly preferred.
  • No planned time off during the first 90 days
  • No time off during the holidays
  • Must take and pass a test to be considered
