Our Fortune 100 client in Scottsdale, AZ is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to their team for an 18 month contract.
3-5 years of experience in the following:

  • Proficient supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Mobile Devices
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, Service Desk or technical support environment
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting all facets of technical and networking issues
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving software application issues
  • Excellent communication & writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Help Desk, ITIL, A+, Net+, computer related degree a plus
