Work Hours: M-F 8-5
Location: 555 SW Oak St., Portland, OR 97204
6 month contract to hire
 
Summary:
Provide primary support, escalation and resolution management for hardware, connectivity, and applications.  This group provides business partners and clients first level assistance for issues, procedures, and navigational support for WM&SS.
 
Job Description:


  • Working under general supervision, provides first line of support and problem Trust products and/or applications for company business lines and external Trust clients.  
  • Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance, and escalates issues as warranted, to include opening ITSM Tickets.
  • Analyzes simple to moderate issues and determines appropriate resolution.  
  • Analyst will be required to recognize issues that should be escalated, and notify appropriate parties.  
  • Champions and is seen as a basic subject matter expert for multiple applications.  
  • Identifies when procedures need to be updated, and makes the appropriate changes.  
  • One to three years related work experience required.
