A contract SharePoint Architect job in Renton, WA is available courtesy of Modis. We are looking for a STRONG Leader with excellent communication skills.

This is a 12 month contract role.

Pay Rate : Upto 150hr on W2



. This person will play a critical role in aligning and defining Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive capabilities in Enterprise Architecture including Information Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, infrastructure Architecture and Technology Management.
The next generation of products embracing new network, data, security, and delivery architectures is on the horizon. Take us through each step to realize IT's contribution by defining and creating a solution for product and engineering data, leveraging technologies like cloud, data aggregation and distribution, integration, management, security and analysis. The successful candidate is self-driven and must be a mindful communicator with broad IT experience in delivering enterprise-class solutions.
This Solution Architect provides leadership, business and technical expertise for the development of new system capabilities. This role interacts with IT peers, business partners and executives to gain understanding of business strategies that drive definition and adoption. Strong interpersonal and group communication skills coupled with expertise designing complex business systems are required. JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES


Participate in the development, implementation and communication of architecture roadmap strategies to ensure that technical systems are scalable, reliable, secure and supportable and achieve business and IT performance and budget objectives.
Work with global stakeholders and subj ect matter experts to research, evaluate and recommend services, applications, tools and technologies to suppon business strategy, direction and growth for the PACCAR Office 365 platform.
Support Office 365 IT capital investment planning and portfolio management.
Provide leadership for projects defining solution architectures that conform to existing standards or define new reference standards for adoption.
Maintain excellent knowledge about existing Microsoft Office 365 and emerging strategies and identify, develop opportunities for their use and drive changes.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, relevant policies, standards, and compute models that support IT and Office 365 goals.
Responsible for reviewing standards and design specifications to keep the Office 365 domain current and aligned with industry best practices.
Develop and manage the application lifecycle for the Offce 365 domain.




QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of three years of large-scale solution architecture and design experience, preferably supporting the Office 365 domain of an organization.
Deep technical expertise in multiple disciplines such as: design, on-premises and cloud-centric SharePoint development patterns and practices, SharePoint framework development tools and libraries, continuous deployment and integration, security, system integration, data and analytics, software systems development, business process design, and application portfolio management
Experience developing system architectures that cross geographic business units.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and apply research trends to business capabilities and IT roadmaps.
Ability to translate technology into business terms and value.
Expen knowledge of all versions of SharePoint and strong commercial exposure to SharePoint Online & Office 365





Excellent written and verbal comrnunications skills.-Proven presentation skills to executive leadership. Demonstrate the ability to document and communicate ideas to both business focused and technical focused audiences. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills used to align the business capabilities and IT systems.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills, quickly and accurately analyze information to make recommendations.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders of various levels of authority and expertise across divisions and the indust1Y.
Proactive collaboration combined with excellent communication and presentation skills,
Experience and insights of competitor programs and technologies used to drive solutions, a plus.
Demonstrated ability to apply tools and models to develop or improve processes and problem solve.
Able to work effectively in a distributed team environment with little or no supervision.
