Modis is looking for someone will primarily be responsible for designing and implementing tests for an internal web application within a fast paced agile team. The candidate will be able to help drive requirements, design tests for those requirements, and implement test that work in our existing automation framework. Candidate will be responsible for communicating deficiencies encountered to the development team. Strong automation skills are required, no record/playback tools are used.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field (additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered)
2+ years Experience in a QA or Development Role
1+ years Experience automating web applications, preferably with Selenium Web Driver
1+ years Experience
1+ years Python, Selenium Web Driver
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Desired Qualifications:
B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
3-5+ years experience in a QA or Development Role
3+ years experience with Selenium Web Driver
Experience in testing web based applications
Experience using source control (I.e. GIT), Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/Travis,etc)
Experience using Agile Program Management tools like Jira or Rally
Performance Testing using JMeter or other performance testing tools.
Experience using test frameworks like Robot Framework or Cucumber
Experience interacting with Rest API’s
