A Sr. Business Development Manager– working remotely is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. You are able to work remote from anywhere in the US. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 16 years of business development experience – with some managerial experience as well. Experience in sales of fabricated structural steel components, pre-engineered steel buildings, capital goods or construction equipment is preferred. You will be the sole United States Business Development professional – hunting and establishing business with new clients here in the US. We are looking for a professional that can create new avenues for business opportunities and has a proven track record of generating sales through large projects orders! A Bachelors Degree is required.

Sr. Business Development Manager job responsibilities include:
• Identify market segments/potential clients and engage in sales and business development
• Participate in the formulation and administration of company policies and establishes long range operational plans, budgets and programs
• Develop the strategic and business plans and the annual presentation to the board of directors
• Introducing product to new customers/consultants and attend inquiries to close sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Production / Civil / Electrical
• Experience in Sales of Fabricated Structural Steel Components, Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings, Capital Goods or Construction Equipment
• A minimum of 16+ years business development experience is required
• Managerial experience highly preferred; Proven track record of generating sales through large project orders is required
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
