Modis is currently seeking a Communication Lead for an exciting contract job opportunity
 
Primary day to day responsibilities for this Communication Lead will include:
 
 
Accountable for identifying the right audience, message, channel and timing to orchestrate the coordinated communication of a clear, concise message to the organization (Home Office and Field). Accountable for coordinating with Corporate, Field, and/or I.S. Communications, as needed. Accountable for developing and executing the Communication Plan.
 
Summary:
 
Accountable for coordinating clear, concise communications related to critical incident and problem management activities. Accountable for developing and executing Communication Plans. The targeted communications include but are not limited to technical communications sent during critical incidents, a weekly recap of the previous week’s incidents and a weekly technical recap of high impact changes scheduled during weekend change windows.
 
 
Required Qualifications & Technical Experience include:
 
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal and teamwork skills are required  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with technology/application support teams, Infrastructure Engineers, and senior leadership to ensure objectives are addressed and expectations are managed  
• Ability to communicate to our business at all levels of leadership  
• Excellent communication skills focused on facilitation of meetings; ability to deliver informative, well-organized documentation and presentations  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience  
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in technical writing and communication  
• Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing concurrent assignments  
• Strong ability to develop and leverage relationships; ability to effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external partners
 
Desirable Requirements :
 
• Knowledge of SharePoint and how to develop SharePoint solutions to address Incident and Problem tracking or reporting initiatives is desired
• Ability to assist with the coordination and review of problem management activities  
• Knowledge of ITIL industry standard tools such as Cherwell, ServiceAnyware, Service Now
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments at once and shift work quickly based on business need  
• Exposure to a variety of applications and/or infrastructure areas is desired  
• Deep knowledge and experience with applications including but not limited to New Business, CSS, NMConnect, Client Website, DI Benefits, SRC and / or batch processing  
• Four or more years of experience/knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, design, documentation, using industry best practices and standards
 
 
 
Location: Franklin, WI.
Contract Duration: Period: 2018-04-15 to 2019-04-30
Full time- overtime as needed
Compensation / Pay Rate: $62/ hour W2
