Modis has an immediate job opening for a Sr. Recruiter with one of our premier clients in Milwaukee, WI. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter with extensive IT skills and certifications. The Sr. Recruiter Job will support our client’s technology group.  The technology team provides creative, reliable solutions for our client’s internal and external customers. They provide global services including design, engineering, installation, dispatching, repair, outsourcing and consulting, and project management for a diverse base of network, radio, and applications services supporting information technology systems and networks in industries including aviation, health care, surface transportation, and government.
 
The Sr. Recruiter will:
 


  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Sourcing Specialist to understand business needs and to develop recruitment strategy to source and secure qualified candidates.
  • Ensure cost-effective methods and techniques of sourcing are selected within budget.
  • Manage the relation with internal and external sourcing resources in order to fill the position in a timely and cost effectively matter.
  • Disposition candidates sourced and manage the candidate experience through the recruiting process.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring manager
  • Serve as the liaison between the candidate and management during the interview and selection process.
  • Present offer to candidates.
  • Close position in the system and notify candidates not selected
  • Maintain complete and accurate Applicant Logs for EEO data recording and reporting requirements.
  • Provide ad hoc recruitment reports and statistics to management to assist in the planning and forecasting of recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement Behavioral interviewing techniques.

 
Qualifications Required Experience and Skills:
 

  • Requires three to five years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Engineering recruiting experience is a strongly desired.
  • Taleo is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software packages.
  • Positive customer service attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years working in a Corporate environment is required.
  • Knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices.
