A Supplier Scheduler job in Fountain Inn, South Carolina is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. In this position you will plan and control all scheduling activities. You will also be responsible for balancing production and inventory levels with demand to support targets consistent with customer delivery levels, inventory turns and goal & capacity utilization/staffing requirements. A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Production Scheduling/Supply Chain in the Automotive Industry is required.

Supplier Scheduler job responsibilities include:
• Publish and perform root cause analysis on Actual VS Scheduled production, downtime and company KPIs
• Develop and lead efforts to improve or install new effective scheduling processes
• Calculates resulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases parts and packaging based on MRP methodology
• Ensure timely output of product in response to customer orders; analyze, address and communicate production issues in a timely manner; work to develop solutions and improve production performance

• Bachelors Degree required
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Production Scheduling/Supply Chain in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
• ERP experience required: MFG, PRO, QAD
• Accurate document control
