Modis is seeking a Support Desk Technician for a contract role in Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
This is a new position to add to an existing team that will support North America locations. This is an 8:00-5:00 pm , M-F position. Dress is business casual (khaki pants and polo shirt). An ideal candidate will demonstrate great customer service and have a firm understanding of Microsoft environments and ability to re-image machines.
Key Duties to include:

  • Supporting end users remotely
  • Diagnose laptop/PC/Desktops for refresh, replacement, reimaging of Windows 10
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows 8/10, Outlook, connectivity issues, reimage machines, licensing
  • Assist with creating new badges for building access


  • Ability to re-image, refresh PC/Laptops with Windows 10
  • 2-3 years in a Help Desk role supporting employees remotely
  • Passion to help people and cool under pressure
  • Patient with endusers and able to guide them through new Windows 10 setup.

PREFERRED (Nice to Have's)

  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Microsoft certifications or Network+, etc.
  • Office 365 experience
