Modis has a financial client located in Lenexa, KS that is in need of a System Administrator with Originations Platform or banking experience for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This financial company is one of the fastest growing companies in Kansas City and was voted as on of the "Best Places to Work" for two straight years.
Originations Platform System Administrator is responsible for the coordination of testing, maintenance, and enhancements of all systems related to originations, and will partner with the training department to ensure that employees have the resources to allow the credit union to meet its strategic and operational goals.
This position will work with other IS/Compliance teams and through governance and change control to support, analyze, evaluate, and communicate regulatory and system changes that impact the originations  process (system releases, Federal and State regulatory changes, loan products, and quality improvement).

  • Build and maintain loan products within the system
  • Maintain all integrated modules for consistency including but not limited to the mobile/web experience, Member and commercial deposit modules, and lending modules.
  • Maintain the permissions and roles matrix and communicate regularly to the IS Support teams for onboarding and move processes.
  • Leverage system capabilities to produce reports
  • Implement system enhancements/new releases
  • Work directly with the Business Portfolio Partner, Consumer Lending and Sales teams to identify opportunities for process improvement to ensure that workflow is efficient and a consistent experience for employees and the member.  
  • Serve as an escalation for the IS Support team
  • Evaluate, test, and implement changes to consumer lending systems related to: regulatory changes, system updates, and new release functionality.
  • Coordinate projects such as report modifications, system maintenance requests, form modifications, release testing, system and integration testing, and product development and improvement.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of consumer loan procedures.
  • Develop and sustain knowledge base of consumer loan products, processes, rules, regulations and industry conventions, through continuous contact with staff, professional associations and publications.

  • Confidently interact at multiple levels in the organization and participate as a key play with cross-departmental team projects when required.
