A Tableau Administrator job in Plano, TX is available through Modis.  6-10 years of experience working with Tableau Server administration on Linux, Unix and Windows platform. Experience with Tableau, OBIEE, PowerBI and Alteryx System Administrator.  Experience integrating with SSO and infrastructure.
This is NOT a Developer position
Tableau Administration job responsibilities include:
• Experience working with Weblogic Application Server on Lunix, Unix and Windows.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancer and Network Firewall.
• Experience with OBIE, Power BI or SOLR would be a benefit.
• Ability to automate the processes would be a benefit.
• Software functions on products listed above include: installation, configuration, administration and testing.
• Ability to apply patches, service packs and hot fixes.
• Ability to upgrade and migrate the Tableau infrastructure.
• Experience with content administration and security administration.
• Understanding of how to implement promotion methodology and version control in Tableau.
• Setting up separate sites for different clients.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong problem determination skills."
