Technical Support Specialist
 
We are looking for individuals who take pride in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal and external users. APPLY NOW - If you have the ability to be self managed, enjoy building rapport with your customers, and like to take ownership of issues and how you go about solving them. Must have the experience listed below.
 


  • Must be able to support users in Windows 7 & 10 environment
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Active Directory - Add users, reset
  • Troubleshooting- Hardware, Laptop Issues, Desktop
  • Ability to think quick on your feet
  • Critical thinking - Problem Resolution- Logical thought Processes
  • Must have a valid DL and reliable vehicle and the willingness to support multiple user locations
  • Customer Service Driven with proven examples of support
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken
  • Travel up to 50% to local support sites

 

  • Minimum of 3 Years of Support in a Corporate Setting
