We’re seeking a full life cycle technical recruiter for a contract opportunity with our direct client in Reston, VA.  This an initial 3-month contract engagement with a possibility for extension.  
 
Requirements:
 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, working either in a corporate recruiting environment or with an IT sourcing/staffing firm with at least 3 years of experience focused on technical recruitment at all levels.
• Must have a proven understanding of the software development lifecycle, development languages, infrastructure, platforms and dependencies and web technologies.
• Strong record of successfully recruiting technical candidates in Engineering, Cyber Security, and information Technology
• Ability to manage a large work-load managing multiple concurrent searches
• Developing prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment/screening
• Extensive knowledge of social network platforms, online communities, conferences and other potential sourcing pools used to attract top tier active and passive candidates. Must have proven expertise in passive, senior level technical recruiting.
•Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
 
Education:  Bachelors and equivalent experience
