MODIS is looking for Phone Help Desk Talent in the Newtown area!  Are you great at troubleshooting retail technology, POS systems, etc over the phone with customers?  Come join a great team with our client!
 
This Help Desk group supports the retail technology side of the business— supporting 7,000 different franchises across the country.  This role is 99% phone-based.   
 


  • SOLID phone presence is a MUST.  
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.  
  • Strong sense of urgency required.    
  • Point of Sale experience a BIG plus as is prior Retail experience.  
  • This group handles Level 1 pass L2/L3/L4 issues to a team of System Engineers.
