Modis is looking to fill an immediate need for a client of ours located in Omaha, NE for a Help Desk / Technical Support job.  This is a great opportunity to work in a hands on Help Desk Support role, to expand your knowledge and skills.  Our client is looking for someone enjoys working in a fast paced competitive environment, and will hire immediately!
Desired Skills:
• Experience installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows applications.
• Experience supporting Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Windows 7, Office, Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Previous Call Center or Help Desk experience.
• Diagnose issues and/or troubleshoots to reach a resolution relating to the use of hardware including PCs, thin clients, mobile devices, printers and scanning devices as well as enterprise level applications.
This Help Desk / Technical Support job will not last long. Our client has an aggressive time line and is looking to hire immediately.
