Fortune 500 American Brokerage and Banking company looking to fill a Technical Support job in Phoenix, AZ.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for helpdesk and/or desktop support for client systems.
Experience with 1st and/or 2nd level support.
Strong customer service skills, strong people and interpersonal skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Will perform UNIX/LINUX systems administration on production and/or development servers.
Requires RHEL or AIX, UNIX utilities and UNIX scripting experience with an understanding of hardware. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear and concise communication – written, verbal • Aptitude and Attitude with communication • Ability to Multitask in a "High Pressure Environment" • Skilled in troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues • Extensive understanding of Windows and Linux OS • Extensive understanding of Network Administration • Superior Microsoft Outlook skills • Enterprise Middleware and SAAS experience • Ability to work with remote teammates without direct supervision • ITIL Experience • BMC Remedy Experience • Ability to type 50+ WPM • Experience with Large Enterprise Environments (15k + servers) • Passion for improvement • Experience working Weekend and Evening Shift hours • Skilled in Data Analytics (Excel, Tableau, etc)
