A Technical Support Representative job in Albany, NY is available through Modis. To be qualified for this position you should have experience working as part of a team in a help desk role. You will be using a ticketing system to provide customer support VIA phone, chat, email and in-person. This is a team environment our client is seeking someone with the drive to be successful, and excellent technical/customer service skills. This is a direct hire permanent level II or Level III support role, with compensation based on experience

Technical Support job responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting technical Issues
• Proper documentation in a ticketing system
• Providing exceptional service remotely and in-person
• Being proactive to avoid reoccurring hardware/software installation and use issues.

• Associates degree in a technical field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three to five years of experience required
• Valid Drivers license
• Desire to keep abreast of field continuous learning of upcoming technology
