We have an immediate need for a Technical Support Representative in Sacramento, CA. This is a contract position that is likely to extend. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a call center environment, great customer service skills, and excellent communication.
 
Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot all elements of the product install including hardware, software and networking issues
  • Handle and resolve customer questions, issues and complaints
  • Support and create activity reports
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

 
Qualifications:

  • Experience using call center and ERP tools
  • Experience troubleshooting proprietary systems
  • Knowledge of IT service, networking, software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of IP and experience with local area networks
  • Customer oriented
