A Sr. Technical Writer job in Ada, MI is available through Modis Engineering. If you have five experience with technical writing, you are qualified to apply to this position. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing written procedures in change control software. You will also be required to analyze existing labor strategy, analyze existing written procedures for effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.

Sr. Technical Writer job responsibilities include:
• Utilize best practices in drafting and testing written procedures (Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Work Instructions, Job Aids, etc.)
• Ability to analyze existing written procedures for effectiveness in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain and manage version-controlled procedures for electronic and hard-copy documentation.
• Interface with individuals from all levels of the organization to develop and document manufacturing processes

• Five years' experience in Technical Writing
• Experience working with individual contributors to a Director level within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to be able to work on multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
• Working knowledge of Compliance Wire LMS and ETQ software a plus
